Role Description The Professional Photographer will work on-site at the Silver Lining Pictures studio and on location throughout Bhopal in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing photo shoots, setting up lighting and equipment, directing clients and models, and capturing high-quality images for various assignments such as events, portraits, products, and promotional campaigns. The role involves post-production work, including selecting, retouching, and preparing images for print and digital use in line with brand standards and client expectations. The Photographer will collaborate with studio staff to coordinate schedules, manage project timelines, maintain equipment, and ensure a smooth client experience.



The position also includes occasional client consultations to understand requirements, propose creative concepts, and contribute ideas for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Qualifications

- Strong technical photography skills, including proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and studio equipment.
- Experience with photo editing and retouching software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and digital asset management tools.
- Ability to plan and execute shoots, including composition, framing, color, and visual storytelling for different styles and purposes.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to direct subjects, manage expectations, and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining file and equipment workflows.
- Understanding of visual branding, basic marketing principles, and how images support commercial and promotional objectives.
- Prior professional photography experience in studio, events, or commercial settings; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
- Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is valued.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, including flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel for shoots as needed.
