We are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Relationship Manager to join our Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital communities.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaign consistency across all digital platforms.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and emerging influencers.
- Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and content that enhance brand visibility.
Requirements -
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Robust network of influencers and content creators is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
