Sultania Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd. is an agro-industrial enterprise specializing in the production of cottonseed oil, cottonseed cake, and cotton ginning and pressing. The company supports India’s textile and agricultural sectors by supplying high-quality raw cotton, edible oil, and related by-products. In addition to its core operations, Sultania Oil Industries manufactures polypropylene (PP) woven bags for industries such as cement, sugar, grain, seed, fertilizer, and cattle feed.

Role Description: The Accountant role at Sultania Oil Industries is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur.

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing invoices and payment records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, support budgeting and cost analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitoring inventory-related accounts, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors,



and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core accounting practices, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, support budgeting, and perform cost and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit documentation requirements.
- Experience using Tally and Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, agro-industrial, or similar environments is an advantage.
