About DARSHH BUILDERSDarshh Builders is Assam’s fastest-growing luxury construction and turnkey design company, known for delivering premium residences, high-end villas, and bespoke boutique homes.With 20+ active projects, a strong technical team, and a design-driven culture, we ensure every project reflects refinement, structural integrity, and architectural excellence.We are expanding our core design team and looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect who can lead premium residential projects with creativity, detail, and strong technical command.Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a Seasoned Architect with deep experience in luxury bungalows, villas, private residences, and high-end custom homes.The position is office-based, requiring full-time presence to collaborate closely with the design team, project engineers, and company founders.Key Responsibilities-1. Design Leadership- Lead end-to-end architectural design for luxury bungalows, villas, and premium residences.- Develop conceptual drawings, design themes, zoning plans, and design language for each project.- Work on customized designs tailored to high-end clients’ lifestyle needs.2. Technical Expertise- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings:- Working drawings- GFC (Good for Construction) sets- Sections, elevations, joinery & staircase details- Electrical & plumbing coordination- Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws, seismic guidelines, and construction safety standards.3.



Coordination & Execution- Work closely with site engineers and supervisors for technical clarifications.- Attend project review meetings and resolve site-level drawing conflicts.- Provide continuous support to ensure design is executed with accuracy and premium finishing.4. Client Interaction- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.- Handle revisions and technical queries professionally and quickly.5. Project Management- Maintain timelines and deliver drawings as per project schedules.- Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with full ownership.? Required Skills & Qualifications- B.Arch (mandatory)- 4-5 years of experience strictly in Residential Bungalows, Villas & Premium Homes.- Expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory).- Strong command of SketchUp/Lumion/Revit (bonus).- Deep understanding of RCC drawings, structural coordination, and practical site issues.- Excellent spatial planning, detailing skills, and an eye for luxury residential aesthetics.- Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Assamese added advantage).- Ability to handle clients with confidence and clarity.- Highly disciplined, organized, and deadline-driven.?
