Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Civil Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily on-site civil and construction activities.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, laborers, and site teams.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve day-to-day construction issues.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment usage.

- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain relevant documentation.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe work workplace.

- Coordinate with Project Managers and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Assist in monitoring project costs and material usage.

- Guide and supervise junior staff and site laborers.

- Handle multiple project sites and travel as required.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.

- Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

- Knowledge of site safety and quality standards.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera will be an advantage.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.





- Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
