Location- Bharuch,Gujarat
Notice Period- Immediate joiner- 60 days
Working days/ Timing- 5.5 days (9am-6pm)

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team in the broking and investment services space — overseeing everything from client acquisition to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive recent client acquisition and trading account activation; promote equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and bonds

- Develop local market strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability; own monthly/annual targets

- Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for branch staff; conduct reviews and training





- Build and manage relationships with retail and HNI clients; handle escalations and drive cross-selling

- Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE regulations, including KYC/AML and audit readiness

- Monitor trading activity, client exposure, and margin adherence to prevent unauthorized trading.

- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with HO compliance, risk, and operations teams

Key Skills:

- Strong grasp of capital markets and broking products

- Proven leadership and team management ability

- Strong client handling and negotiation skills
