The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, revenue-driven Director – Affinity Partnerships to spearhead our expansion across BFSI, insurance, fintech, and consumer ecosystems.
In this high-visibility leadership role, you will have complete ownership of the affinity partnership lifecycle—from identifying and structuring high-value deals to launching embedded healthcare propositions and scaling high-margin recurring revenue. You will act as the key architect bridging major ecosystem partners with internal product, compliance, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, negotiate, and close large-scale affinity partnerships across banks, NBFCs, insurers, fintech platforms, loyalty networks, and high-traffic consumer brands.
Embedded Product Innovation: Design, launch, and scale embedded healthcare and wellness solutions—including digital OPD perks, teleconsultation packages, annual health check programs, and subscription models.
Deal Structuring & Commercial Ownership: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, contract structuring, pricing strategies, and revenue-sharing frameworks to maximize partner adoption and net revenue.
Lifecycle Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable, recurring revenue through partner acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and wallet-share maximization.
Compliance & Onboarding Governance: Oversee partner integration end-to-end,



managing corporate agency licensing frameworks, regulatory compliance, and seamless technical/system onboarding.
C-Suite Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong executive relationships across partner leadership teams and cross-functional internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Operations, Finance).
Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize key metrics including gross premium/revenue contribution, program adoption, partner health, and quarterly OKR milestones.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 9–12 years of core experience in Affinity Partnerships / Affinity Business Development within BFSI, Insurance, Insurtech, or Fintech ecosystems. (Note: A proven track record with dedicated ownership of an affinity book of business is required; generalist BD backgrounds will not be considered).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success sourcing, structuring, and scaling co-branded/embedded product partnerships with clear, attributable revenue generation.
Regulatory Acumen: Hands-on experience with corporate agent licensing, partner compliance frameworks, and both digital API integrations and traditional distribution channels.
Commercial Expertise: Exceptional commercial acumen with deep expertise in contract negotiations, revenue-sharing mechanics, and portfolio P&L; management.
Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Sales, or equivalent practical executive experience.
Leadership & Vision: Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders and building high-performing partnership teams from the ground up.
