Were seeking CA trainees to join our Finance Team for the CA Industrial Training Program.

This internship program designed as an opportunity to learn more about the key role that Finance plays within the Firm.

This structured program is designed to give interns insight into this division and an opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed to develop an exciting and rewarding career.

The training will continue throughout the course of the program with structured learning sessions run by senior executives.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources.

Read on What youll do in the role: Successful candidates will develop or enhance their knowledge of finance and accounting by exploring the various financial aspects of one or more of the Firms business units.

Candidates will generally be expected to: Develop an understanding the Morgan Stanley businesses and product lines Produce analysis, reconciliation, and substantiation of P&L; and/or other financial reports which will be reviewed with their teams global counterparts Understand the Reporting Systems, and contribute to enhancing the Firms control environment Provide Regulatory and Financial Reporting to global stakeholders Report and provide resolve trade breaks and related adjustments Working extensively with global counterparts including teams outside of the Finance Division What youll bring to the role: Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (IPCC Clear-Both Groups) Good academic background & Excellent problem-solving skills Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel/power point) Strong communication What you can expect from Morgan Stanley:
