We are aggressively scaling our core teams across tech, product, design, merchandising, category management, and operations, and we are looking for a relentless TA Lead to drive hyper-growth hiring.
The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take complete ownership of our end-to-end talent engine. You will partner directly with the Founders, Business Heads, and Hiring Managers to build and execute high-velocity hiring roadmaps.
This is not an administrative HR role—it is a fast-paced, high-ownership mandate for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in early-stage, 0-to-1 environments, loves headhunting exceptional talent, and knows how to close top-tier candidates fast.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle across non-tech and tech verticals—including Fashion Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce/Shopify Operations, Product, Marketing, and Field Ops.
Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage non-traditional sourcing channels, deep Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Behance/Dribbble, and talent networks to build solid active and passive candidate pipelines.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Founders and Vertical Heads to understand team capacity plans, craft role profiles, and set clear scorecard-based evaluation frameworks.
Candidate Experience:



Ensure a transparent, seamless, and high-touch candidate journey from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Data-Driven Recruiting: Track, analyze, and optimize core TA metrics—including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Sourcing Channel ROI, Offer Acceptance Rates, and Pipeline Velocity.
Employer Branding: Help establish our company as the premier employer brand in the quick-commerce and fashion-tech space through engaging talent campaigns and campus/industry outreach.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4 to 8 years of core talent acquisition experience, with a heavy emphasis on early-stage, high-growth startup environments (Series A/B preferred).
Multi-Discipline Hiring: Proven success hiring across cross-functional domains (Retail/Fashion/Category, Creative, Operations, and Core Tech).
Headhunting Prowess: Strong outbound sourcing DNA; someone who relies on proactive outreach and market mapping rather than just waiting for inbound applications.
Speed & Agility: Demonstrated capability of closing high-priority positions within aggressive turnaround times without compromising on talent quality.
Negotiation & Closing: Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of converting passive talent into enthusiastic hires.
Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less.
