QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE: Quality Control and Assurance are

integral aspects of ensuring that products or services meet established standards and

customer expectations.

BUDGET, TEAM, TIME AND RISK MANAGEMENT: Efficient Budget

Management involves the planning, allocation,



and control of financial resources for a

project, Team management involves assembling, organizing, and leading a group of

individuals to work collaboratively toward common project objectives, Time

Management in a project context entails creating schedules, defining timelines, and

ensuring tasks are completed within specified deadlines. Risk Management is the

identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks that could impact a

project.

CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Engaging with clients and

stakeholders requires understanding their expectations, providing regular updates, and

addressing concerns promptly. Regular and timely updates are crucial to keeping

clients and stakeholders informed about projects.

HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Health and safety compliance is a critical
