Job Details

- Experience: 1–4 Years

- Salary: Up to ₹4.80 LPA

- Location: Ichhapore, Surat

- Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days

- Payroll: Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK Group)

- Interview: 3 Rounds – 2 Virtual + 1 Face-to-Face

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and Administration

- Handle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities

- Support IT & Non-IT recruitment

- Assist in Payroll processing, PF, ESI and Gratuity

- Manage Statutory Compliance and Labour Law requirements

- Maintain HR records and documentation

- Coordinate with employees and management

- Independently handle assigned HR activities
