Job Title : FCC Testing

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute risk-based Compliance Testing & Assurance Plans.

- Conduct compliance testing to assess the design and operational effectiveness of controls.

- Review processes, policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Identify control gaps, risks and weaknesses and recommend remediation actions.

- Prepare testing reports, findings, issue ratings and supporting documentation.

- Present compliance findings to relevant stakeholders and senior management.

- Track open issues and follow up on remediation and closure.

- Maintain testing records, workpapers and management information.

- Support compliance-related projects and ad-hoc initiatives.

Requisites

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Law, Risk Management or a related field.





- Experience in Financial Services / Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).

- Strong knowledge of AML, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) regulations and principles.

- Experience in Compliance Testing/Assurance and control effectiveness testing.

- Positive understanding of Global Markets, Investment Banking and Wealth Management and associated financial crime risks.

- Strong analytical, investigative and risk assessment skills.

- Ability to identify control gaps and assess complex processes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong attention to detail, ownership and commitment to quality.

- CAMS certification is desirable.
