We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market consultants on bench, build vendor/client relationships, and generate interview and placement opportunities in the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and market IT consultants available on bench across US time zones.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.

- Market consultants through vendor portals, Linked In, Dice, job boards, and email campaigns.

- Negotiate rates, understand client requirements, and submit suitable consultants.

- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, submissions, and offer/placement processes.

- Maintain accurate consultant and submission records in ATS/CRM systems.

- Build and maintain a strong network of US IT staffing vendors and clients.

- Track market trends, requirements, and consultant demand.

- Meet weekly/monthly submission, interview,



and placement targets.

- Ensure timely communication with consultants and internal recruitment teams.

Required Skills

- 4 7 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.

- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

- Strong understanding of US work authorization and visa types.

- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with job portals, Linked In, ATS/CRM, and vendor management portals.

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
