Specific contribution expected from the role: Engagement Manager with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Facilitation, and JIRA/Confluence to lead Agile delivery engagements and drive effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives; managing delivery workflows and team coordination using JIRA and Confluence; driving stakeholder communication, dependency management, risk resolution, and delivery governance; supporting Agile adoption and continuous improvement initiatives; and collaborating with business, product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and business-aligned delivery outcomes. The candidate should possess strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide teams through Agile best practices and ensure predictable execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
