Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewellery-buying experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, including product presentation, pricing explanation, billing, and after-sales support.
- Maintain proper handling, safety, and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and inventory coordination.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, customisation, and delivery timelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Prior experience in diamond, gold, jewellery, or luxury retail sales (mandatory).




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working in a retail store workplace, including weekends and holidays.
