Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.

- Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards.

- Manage manpower and allocate work across production lines.

- Monitor raw materials, production processes and finished products.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.

- Monitor production wastage, yield and process losses.

- Maintain production records, reports and shift-wise data.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.

- Identify production issues and take corrective action.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.





- Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.

RequirementsCandidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech / B. Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production or related field.

- Experience: 2–5 years in food manufacturing / bakery / FMCG production.

- Good knowledge of production processes and food manufacturing practices.

- Valuable manpower handling and team coordination skills.

- Ability to work in shifts.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Bakery, Cakes, Bread, Snacks, QSR, FMCG or other food manufacturing industries will be preferred.
