- 1ST Req - B3 Position for End Point Management (Exp in SCCM, Intune, Compliance report)
- Manage and improve enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, and Mobile Iron.
- Analyze incidents, service performance, compliance, patching, and support trends to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering, service desk, security, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable endpoint services.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, documentation, scorecards, and executive summaries to track service health and operational metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, governance, and operational readiness using endpoint management and ITIL best practices
