Position Summary

This role combines business engagement, product prioritization, and agile delivery ownership where the candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and implementation partners, ensuring value-driven delivery aligned with enterprise roadmap and digital strategy.

Job Specification

1. Product Ownership & Strategy

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 F&O-based; solutions
- Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value realization goals
- Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment
- Act as the voice of the customer/business stakeholders

2.. Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain) to identify opportunities
- Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation sessions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines

3. Agile Delivery & Sprint Management

- Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions
- Ensure timely delivery of sprints with focus on quality, velocity, and business value
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers,



and QA teams

4 Retail Accounting Expertise

- Provide subject matter expertise on:
- Retail financial flows (invoices, ledgers, sales, returns, discounts, promotions)
- Revenue recognition and reconciliation
- Inventory and cost accounting
- Store-level financial operations
- Ensure D365 solutions align with retail accounting standards and compliance
