Role Description

The Senior Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves developing and executing PR strategies that align with client brand objectives and integrated marketing plans. The specialist will draft and distribute press releases, manage media outreach, build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers, and secure coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms. Daily responsibilities include monitoring media trends, managing crisis communication support, preparing talking points and briefing documents,



coordinating interviews and press events, and collaborating closely with creative, digital, and account management teams. The role also includes tracking PR performance, preparing reports for clients, and recommending data-informed improvements to ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with proven experience managing press interactions and securing coverage.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, positioning, and messaging for diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant experience in integrated marketing communications agencies or corporate communications teams, preferably working across multiple industries.
- Ability to plan and execute PR campaigns end-to-end, including event support, spokesperson training, and crisis readiness.
- Robust understanding of digital media, social platforms, and how PR integrates with content, branding, and performance marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple client mandates simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in PR or media management are an advantage.
