Represents the organization in industry forums builds IP, POVs, and whitepapers on analytics and AI-led transformation.
Defines and executes benchmarking strategies leveraging internal data, competitive intelligence, and industry datasets.
Enhances stakeholder experience using advanced analytics on CSAT, ESAT, IPSAT, and behavioral data.
AI & Emerging Capabilities
Demonstrates working knowledge of designing and deploying simple AI agents/use cases (e.g., using MS copilot for generating automated actionable insights).
Has exposure to contemporary AI tools and platforms (e.g., GenAI ecosystems, ML platforms, enterprise AI studios) and drives their adoption within analytics workflows.
