This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a UK-based accounting firm.

At Makesworth Accountants Pvt Ltd, we're seeking a driven Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Accounts team. You'll help manage a varied client portfolio across multiple sectors and play a key role in delivering high-quality statutory accounts, taxation and advisory services.

What You'll Do

- Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102, UK GAAP, and Companies House requirements, ensuring full compliance
- Help manage and oversee a client portfolio, ensuring all accounting, tax, VAT, payroll, and statutory deadlines are met.
- Review accounts, corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, VAT returns, and other compliance work prepared by junior team members.
- Provide practical advice to clients on accounting, taxation, business performance, compliance, and general financial matters.
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients through proactive insights,



recommendations, and advisory support.
- Ensure client work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with the firm's quality standards.

What We're Looking For

- ICAI, ACCA, or equivalent qualified, with proven experience in accounts within a professional practice setting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in outsourcing firms serving UK accounting clients
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Experience across a range of sectors
