Perform thermal layout and design of HRSG or Boilers, including: Process calculations Material selection Pipeline sizing Flow circuit diagram for pressure-retaining components Execute code strength calculations, basic stress analysis, and interpret international standards (ASME / EN / IBR) Develop product geometry using 2D/3D tools based on engineering calculations Collaborate on product development, provide technical guidance, and support staffing needs Work independently or as an early people leader with proven interpersonal skills
Required Skills Familiarity with Combined Cycle Power Plants, HRSG, and Boiler systems Solid understanding of pressure parts design, stress analysis, and international codes Tools & Software 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) Engineering analysis tools for stress and thermal calculations
