About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Sales & Lead Generation professional to drive new business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales, B2B lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US IT services market.
- Conduct B2B lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting.
- Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting strategies.
- Understand client requirements and position Infojini's IT services and solutions accordingly.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and move qualified prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities,



and follow-ups in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals, presentations, and client requirements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.
- Stay updated on US market trends, competitors, and emerging IT service requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Sales / IT Services Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development.
- Robust understanding of the US IT services market.
- Experience with cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and database research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a US shift.

Preferred Background

Candidates from IT Services, IT Consulting, Software Services or Technology Solutions companies with proven US market exposure will be preferred.
