Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Promote BESTKAAM’s AI-powered recruitment & job portal solutions to companies and HR professionals.
- Identify prospects, understand their recruitment requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, Whats App, Linked In and email.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
- Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records in the CRM/data sheet.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent cold calling and communication skills.
- Robust convincing,



negotiation and sales abilities.
- Good spoken English; Tamil/Hindi will be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling, recruitment sales or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
