Operations and vendor management
Find, evaluate and negotiate with vendors for printing, merchandise, welcome kits, office supplies and equipment
Compare quotes on price, quality and reliability, then coordinate orders through to delivery
Handle office logistics and anything else that comes up on the operational side, listed or unlisted
Compliance and IT coordination
Manage ID cards, access and asset records
Coordinate laptop configuration and device setup with our IT team
Support information security processes and help maintain ISO-related documentation
Manage invoices, billing and uploads to client portals
Maintain and update internal policy documents
Experience: 0–1 years. This is genuinely an entry-level position, and it's designed and priced as one. If you have three or more years of experience, this role won't give you the scope or seniority you're looking for and we'd encourage you to look at other openings instead.
Education: No specific degree required. Graduates and non-graduates are both welcome to apply.
Enough comfort with technology to learn the IT and information security side of the job. You'll see how a company actually runs — procurement, compliance, HR, IT, finance — from the inside, in your first year of work. That's unusually broad exposure for an entry-level position, and it's a strong foundation whichever direction you specialise in later.
