About the Role

/n

We're looking for an Influencer Campaign Executive who can take an influencer campaign from brief to live without dropping the ball.

/n

You'll work closely with creators, talent managers, brands, and internal teams finding the right creators, managing conversations, coordinating content, and making sure campaigns go live smoothly.

/n

What You'll Do

/n

/n

- Find and shortlist creators who fit the brand, audience, and campaign brief.

/n

- Reach out to creators and talent managers for collaborations.

/n

- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines.

/n

- Brief creators and coordinate content submissions and approvals.

/n

- Manage campaigns from creator onboarding to content going live.

/n

- Keep track of multiple creators, deliverables, and deadlines at the same time.

/n

- Build strong relationships with creators and talent managers.

/n

- Work closely with internal teams to solve campaign blockers quickly.

/n





- Track campaign performance and support reporting.

/n

- Stay plugged into new creators, content formats, and social media trends.

/n

You'll Fit Right In If

- You have 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or campaign execution.

/n

- You understand how the Indian creator ecosystem works.

/n

- You've directly worked with creators or talent managers.

/n

- You're confident with outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.

/n

- You're organised and can manage multiple campaigns without things slipping through the cracks.

/n

- You communicate clearly and enjoy working with people.

/n

- You're comfortable in a fast-moving setting where things can change quickly.

/n

Bonus Points

/n

You've worked at an influencer marketing agency, creator platform, or digital agency and already have a good network of creators/talent managers.

/n
