We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer & Editor to create engaging digital content across You Tube, Instagram, performance marketing, and in-app learning platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects from concept to final delivery, with a strong understanding of both production and post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Post-Production

/n

- Assist in planning and executing video projects from concept to final delivery.

/n

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and shot plans.

/n

- Support on-set production to ensure smooth execution and maintain creative quality.

/n

- Edit long-form and short-form videos for You Tube, Instagram, performance marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.

/n

- Craft compelling stories through pacing, music, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

/n

- Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and final exports.

/n

- Organize and manage footage, project assets, and editing timelines to maintain an efficient post-production workflow.

/n

- Collaborate with designers and motion graphic artists to integrate graphics and animations where required.

/n

- Review edits,



incorporate feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Collaboration & Growth

- Work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content on time.

/n

- Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and emerging AI-powered creative tools to enhance content quality and production efficiency.

/n

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

/n

Requirements

/n

- 2–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation.

/n

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

/n

- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

/n

- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and content optimized for digital platforms.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

/n

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Eleven Labs, Hey Gen, Higgsfield, or similar) is a plus.

/n

- A portfolio showcasing video editing and content production work is required.
