Job Summary:

/n

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Operations - Senior Manager to lead our finance and operational functions supporting the North American business. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can function as a "Mini CFO" for the business, taking ownership of finance, accounting, payroll, compliance, financial reporting, and business operations while partnering with leadership to drive profitability, financial discipline, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

/n

- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and financial reports.

/n

- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

/n

- Prepare financial statements and coordinate tax return filings with external accountants.

/n

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

/n

- Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books.

/n

- Oversee AR, AP,



invoicing, vendor management, collections, and payroll operations.

/n

- Ensure compliance with North American payroll practices and financial processes.

/n

- Provide MIS reports, financial analysis, and strategic business insights to leadership.

/n

- Drive process improvements, strengthen financial governance, and support business growth.

/n

Qualifications & Experience:

/n

- 7-12 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Operations, with leadership experience.

/n

- Robust expertise in Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

/n

- Hands-on expertise in Quick Books is mandatory.

/n

- Good understanding of North American accounting, payroll, taxation, and business operations.

/n

- Experience in AR, AP, payroll, invoicing, vendor management, budgeting, and forecasting.

/n

- MBA (Finance), M. Com, or equivalent qualification is preferred. Candidates with strong experience in North American accounting and finance operations will also be considered.
