The Opportunity:

Aranyaka Estates is redefining the second-home category in India, with projects across Delhi NCR (Naugaon, Rajasthan), Goa, and Himachal Pradesh. We‘re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on closing high-consideration, high-ticket deals — and knows that in this business, trust is the product before the property ever is.

This isn‘t a transactional sales role. It‘s relationship-led, consultative selling to discerning individual buyers making one of the biggest purchase decisions of their lives.

What you will own

/n

/n

- Drive end-to-end sales for premium second-home inventory — from qualified lead to closed deal

/n

- Build and manage direct relationships with high-net-worth individual buyers (B2C)

/n

- Lead site visits, negotiations, and closures with a consultative, trust-first approach

/n

- Partner with Marketing to convert curated leads into a healthy, well-managed pipeline

/n

- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

/n

- Analytical and planning skills, including sales forecasting, pipeline management,



and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.

What you bring

- Proven track record in high-value B2C sales — real estate, luxury goods, premium hospitality, wealth/financial products, or similar

/n

- Comfort navigating long, relationship-driven sales cycles with sophisticated buyers

/n

- Strong negotiation instincts balanced with genuine client-first judgment

/n

- Resilience — this role is as demanding as it is rewarding

/n

- Prior real estate experience is a plus, not a prerequisite

/n
