Role Overview :

/n

We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can work with us on an ongoing project basis to create engaging, high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication.

/n

The ideal freelancer should be comfortable handling both graphic design and video editing , understand social media trends, and be able to deliver quality work within agreed timelines.

/n

Key Responsibility :

/n

Graphic Design :

/n

/n

- Create social media posts, ad creatives, banners, campaign creatives, and marketing assets.

/n

- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent creatives.

/n

- Apply strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy .

/n

- Create engaging and high-CTR thumbnails for You Tube and other platforms.

/n

- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats as required.

/n

/n

/n

Video Editing :

/n

/n

- Edit Reels, You Tube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and other short-form content .

/n

- Edit raw footage with appropriate cuts, transitions, music, subtitles, sound effects, and pacing.

/n

- Create engaging videos with solid hooks and storytelling.

/n





- Create basic motion graphics and animations using After Effects .

/n

/n

Social Media Marketing Awareness:

/n

/n

- Understand current social media trends, memes, viral formats, and trending content styles.

/n

- Understand short-form content principles such as hooks, pacing, CTAs, and retention .

/n

- Create performance-oriented creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, Linked In, and You Tube .

/n

- Adapt creative concepts based on campaign objectives and feedback.

/n

/n

Freelancer Colloboration:

/n

/n

- Work on projects based on agreed briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

/n

- Communicate clearly regarding timelines, revisions, and project requirements.

/n

- Be responsive and available for project-related communication during agreed working hours.

/n

- Incorporate feedback and provide revisions within the agreed scope.

/n

- Maintain consistency in quality across multiple projects.

/n

Required Skills :

/n

/n

- 1–2+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.

/n

- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work .

/n

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Photoshop

/n

- Adobe Illustrator

/n

- Adobe Premiere Pro

/n

- After Effects

/n

- Canva

/n

- Good understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing.

/n

- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

/n

- Good communication and responsiveness.
