Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Head – Centre of Excellence (Architecture) to lead architectural design, BIM, project delivery, client management, and operational excellence for a large-scale Architecture/BIM team.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

/n

Experience: 20+ years in Architectural Design / Engineering & Project Delivery Management

/n

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years managing 50+ Architects/BIM professionals

/n

Qualification: B. Arch / M. Arch in Architecture – M. Arch preferred

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Lead architectural design standards, BIM/Revit protocols, and quality benchmarks across the CoE.

/n

- Drive US project execution guidelines, BIM coordination, model federation, clash resolution, and QC processes.

/n

- Own Revit templates, family libraries, sheet templates, and naming standards for US client accounts.

/n

- Manage senior-level client relationships, escalations, business reviews, capacity planning, and account growth.

/n

- Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, succession planning, and utilization management for a 100+ member Architecture/BIM team.

/n





- Develop US Architecture & Revit training programs and drive continuous knowledge sharing.

/n

- Establish KPIs, productivity benchmarks, cost-per-deliverable metrics, and data-driven process improvements.

/n

- Conduct technical audits and ensure quality, SLA, schedule, and model integrity standards.

Candidates should have solid experience with US architectural projects, construction documentation phases, US codes and standards, BIM execution, and managing large offshore/outsourcing Architecture/BIM teams. Experience with US AEC firms, healthcare, hospitality, education, residential, mixed-use or mission-critical projects will be an added advantage.
