We at Coforge are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Delivery Director with following skills:
/n
/n
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and managed services, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
/n
- Establish and institutionalize Dynamics 365 delivery best practices, governance frameworks, code review standards, Dev Ops processes, QA controls, documentation standards, and reusable accelerators.
/n
- Manage executive stakeholders, Steer Co governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and business value realization across multiple accounts and programs.
/n
- Build high-performing Dynamics teams through competency development, mentoring, certifications, architectural oversight, and optimal resource utilization.
/n
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, AI/Copilot,
automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
/n

Mandatory Skills:
/n
/n
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2010/2013/2015/Online.
/n
- Proven track record in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and managed services.
/n
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
/n
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
/n
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
/n
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
/n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
/n
