**WE’RE HIRING | SALES SPECIALIST**/n

**ONE Simulation** is looking for a highly driven **Sales Specialist** to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets. /n

**Location:** Noida, India & Cardiff, UK /n
/n **Role:** Sales Specialist /n

/n **Experience:** 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply /n

### Key Responsibilities /n

**1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement**/n

- Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups /n

/n* Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations /n

/n* Identify current business opportunities and convert qualified leads /n

**2. Sales Target Achievement**/n

- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets /n

/n* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports /n

/n* Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure /n

**3. Conferences & Workshops**/n

- Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops /n

/n* Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers /n

/n* Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales /n

**4.



Sales-Driven Mindset**/n

- Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets /n

/n* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills /n
/n* Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment /n

/n* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops /n

### What We’re Looking For /n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills /n

/n* Passion for sales and business development /n
/n* Ability to build relationships and influence customers /n
/n* Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable /n

/n* Experience in **medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales** is an advantage /n
