We are seeking an experienced and passionate Travel Editor to lead our travel content vertical. The role requires a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of destinations, tourism trends, hospitality, culture, adventure, and luxury travel.

The ideal candidate will drive engaging, audience-focused content across digital, television, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead editorial strategy and content planning for the travel vertical.

/n

- Identify and cover emerging travel trends, destinations, tourism policies, and industry developments.

/n

- Create and edit high-quality features, destination guides, travelogues, interviews, reviews, and special reports.

/n

- Build and maintain relationships with tourism boards, airlines, hospitality brands, and travel industry stakeholders.

/n

- Oversee a team of reporters, writers, freelancers, and contributors.

/n

- Ensure content is accurate, engaging,



and aligned with editorial standards.

/n

- Collaborate with video, social media, and design teams to create compelling multimedia stories.

/n

- Track audience interests and optimize content for digital growth and engagement.

Key Requirements

/n

- 10+ years of editorial experience in travel journalism, lifestyle media, or digital publishing.

/n

- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, hospitality, tourism, and cultural trends.

/n

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

/n

- Experience leading editorial teams and managing content calendars.

/n

- Strong network within the travel, tourism, and hospitality ecosystem is preferred.

/n

- Ability to work in a energetic newsroom environment and deliver impactful content under tight deadlines.
