Position Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Senior Logistics Executive to own the end-to-end order fulfilment ecosystem across our B2B and D2C channels. You will be monitoring and coordinating with our warehouse team, marketplace partners, shipping aggregators, and end customers - ensuring every order leaves on time, every dispute is resolved fast, and every delivery milestone is tracked without gaps.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Supervising Order Processing & Fulfilment

/n

/n

- Supervise daily B2B and D2C order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch across Shopify D2C, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, and other B2B channels.

/n

- Ensure order SLAs are met consistently across Shopify D2C, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, and other B2B orders.

/n

- Maintain packaging quality standards aligned with brand guidelines

/n

/n

/n

Logistics Coordination

/n

/n

- Serve as the primary point of contact with Delhivery, Shiprocket and other shipping partners for AWB generation, pickup scheduling, and last-mile coordination

/n

- Coordinate with B2B partners for inward and outward logistics, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations

/n

- Proactively track shipments, flag delays, and drive resolution before customer escalations

/n

/n

/n

Disputes & Claims Management

/n

/n

- Raise, track, and follow up on shipment disputes, lost shipments, RTO (Return to Origin) cases, NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and damage claims with shipment partners and B2B partners

/n





- Maintain documentation and MIS for all open disputes and resolution status

/n

- Coordinate with the finance team for COD remittances

/n

/n

Unicommerce & Systems Management

/n

/n

- Manage the Unicommerce dashboard for order syncing, inventory updates, manifest generation, and channel-wise fulfilment tracking

/n

- Ensure accurate SKU-level inventory movement records and flag discrepancies proactively

/n

- Liaise with the tech/marketplace team for any Unicommerce integration issues

/n

/n

Requirements

/n

/n

- 2–4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations in an e-commerce or D2C brand workplace

/n

- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce (non-negotiable)

/n

- Working knowledge of courier partner portals — Delhivery, and Shiprocket experience strongly preferred

/n

- Familiarity with B2B fulfilment workflows (LR generation, transporter coordination, GRN processes)

/n

- Knowledge of Amazon FBA , Myntra and marketplace SLA frameworks is a must.

/n

- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for daily MIS and dispute tracking

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication - you'll be coordinating with partners daily

/n
