Hiring: VP – Group Investor Relations | Senior Leadership Mandate

/n

Company: A leading diversified financial services group with multiple subsidiaries (listed and unlisted entities)

/n

The Role:

/n

Lead company-wide investor relations initiatives — including for unlisted subsidiaries — covering investor decks, earnings calls, analyst coverage expansion, and roadshow preparation for equity/debt raises. In parallel, own performance monitoring and reporting across subsidiaries: MBR preparation, AOP/LRS review, peer benchmarking, and capital management reporting (solvency, RBC ratios).

Reports into the Group CFO with direct exposure to CMD and Board.

✅ Key Requirements:

/n

/n

- 15+ years in IR, corporate finance, or financial planning; insurance/diversified financial services exposure preferred

/n

- Solid hands-on financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)



for M&A; and due diligence

/n

- Working knowledge of IFRS 17 and regulatory frameworks (IRDAI, SEBI, RBI)

/n

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance), with proven investor relations and stakeholder management track record

/n

/n
