Role: Team Lead (D365 CRM Functional)

Role Summary

/n

The Functional Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and clients, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery & resource optimization. The role involves leading delivery teams, managing stakeholder communication, and driving operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

/n

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects across clients and business units.

/n

- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions with clients and stakeholders.

/n

- Lead project planning, resource allocation, task assignments, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

/n

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and design workshops with business users.

/n

- Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 CE best practices, implementation approaches, and integration considerations.

/n

- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.

/n

- Monitor project progress, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and escalations; Conduct regular project reviews and client status meetings.

/n

- Support effort estimation, resource planning, and project governance activities.

/n





- Oversee release management, change management, and deployment processes.

/n

- Ensure effective coordination among cross-functional teams including development, BI, and support teams.

/n

- Review and support solution architecture, integrations, and overall CRM implementation lifecycle.

/n

- Possess working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

/n

- Maintain awareness of Power Platform capabilities including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

/n

Skills & Qualifications

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

/n

- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.

/n

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

/n

- Positive understanding of project delivery methodologies and resource planning.

/n

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and CRM implementation lifecycles.

/n

- Basic understanding of solution architecture, integrations, Dataverse, and Power Platform components.

/n

- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and deadlines effectively.

/n

- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
