We are seeking a creative and experienced E-Learning Developer for a 3-4 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will transform existing training content, instructional design materials, voiceovers, and learning assets into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences.

This role has the potential to convert into a full time position based on project performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Mindsmith AI, Colossyan , or similar authoring tools.

/n

- Transform training content, presentations, storyboards, and voiceovers into engaging digital learning experiences.

/n

- Create learner interactions, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-rich learning assets.

/n

- Design visually appealing content aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.

/n

- Publish and deploy courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and ensure LMS compatibility.

/n

- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

/n

- Perform quality checks and optimize content for learner engagement and user experience.

/n

Required Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- 3+ years of experience in e-learning development and multimedia learning design.

/n





- Hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 .

/n

- Experience with AI-based learning tools such as Mindsmith AI , Colossyan , Synthesia, or similar platforms.

/n

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

/n

- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS deployment , and course publishing standards.

/n

- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or equivalent.

/n

- Experience creating storyboards and interactive learning scenarios.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

/n

Preferred Qualifications

/n

/n

- Experience working with corporate training programs.

/n

- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.

/n

- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP Success Factors Learning, or similar.

/n

- Experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, video creation, and learning personalization.

/n

- Duration: 3-4 Months
