About the Role

/n

/n

Aerostar Edge is looking for a Sales Executive – Tele-calling to join our Sales & Admissions team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Contact prospective students and parents through assigned leads.

/n

- Explain Aerostar Edge courses, fees, duration, batches and learning formats.

/n

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.

/n

- Conduct telephonic counselling and generate centre visits/counselling appointments.

/n

- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into admissions.

/n

- Handle queries and objections related to courses, fees, placements and admissions.

/n

- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.

/n





- Achieve daily calling, monthly admission and revenue targets.

/n

- Coordinate with the Counselling, Admissions and Operations teams.

/n

/n

What We’re Looking For

/n

/n

- Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply.

/n

- 0–5 years of experience ** in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, admissions or related roles.

/n

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

/n

- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.

/n

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

/n

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

/n

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

/n

Gujarati + Hindi + English ** communication will be an advantage.

/n
