We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design execution, site management, and delivering inspiring residential spaces.
Role & Responsibilities
- 2D Drawings: Create layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Develop realistic models and renders using Sketch Up.
- BOQ Preparation: Draft Bills of Quantities for project planning.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present design concepts to clients.
- Site Execution: Manage on-site work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality delivery.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketch Up
- Basic knowledge of materials and site execution
- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and confident personality
Salary & Advantages
