We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Content Writer who understands the pulse of the creator economy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Create structured brief frameworks for influencers and outline short/long-form viral video strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.* Draft high-converting ad scripts, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action optimized for viewer retention and click-through rates.* Work alongside talent to refine narratives, align on messaging, and execute co-branded campaigns.* Author press releases, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles showcasing campaign outcomes.* Monitor campaign metrics to iterate on messaging and improve future brief performance.
Required Qualifications
* Proven track record of scaling channels to 50k+ Instagram followers or 100k+ YouTube subscribers via performance-focused content.* 4–6 years within a media company, creator-led agency, or digital brand.* Deep knowledge of social algorithms, viral trends, and audience retention metrics.* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and digital analytics tools.
