We work with companies like Qodo, Lightrun, DevZero, OX Security, Firefly, and others in the developer tools and AI infra space.About the RoleWe're looking for a Reddit Associate to own and scale our Reddit engagement operations across multiple client accounts. You'll be responsible for building genuine presence in developer and tech communities, driving brand visibility for our clients without triggering spam filters or damaging community trust. This is a hands-on execution role that blends community management, copywriting, and light technical operations. It's a excellent fit for someone early in their career who wants real ownership from day one.What You'll DoManage and grow a portfolio of Reddit accounts across multiple client campaigns, writing natural, non-promotional comments that add real value to threadsResearch relevant subreddits for each client and identify high-intent threads where mentioning the product is contextually appropriateMaintain account health: warmup protocols, posting cadence, karma building, and staying compliant with subreddit and platform-wide rules (including Rule 8 enforcement)Manage account infrastructure: aged accounts, proxy setup, and browser profile isolation to keep accounts safe and undetectedTrack engagement performance and share of voice across client campaigns,
