Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the MD to provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, communication, documentation, and handling confidential information .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules .

- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transportation .

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the MD.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.

- Coordinate meetings, conferences,



events, and other executive engagements.

- Manage expense reports and support basic budget-related activities.

- Coordinate with senior management, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and strategic activities.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.

- MBA Preferred .

- Prior experience as PA to MD / Director / CXO is highly preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- Strong discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Good technological aptitude and ability to adapt to current tools.

- Female candidates preferred, age up to 40 years.
