Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Machine Learning Annotation Intern to join our AI & Computer Vision team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our machine learning projects by annotating and labeling image and video datasets for training, validation, and testing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands -on experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and AI technologies while working with cutting -edge solutions such as YOLO for industrial automation applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate and label image and video datasets for Machine Learning and Computer Vision model training.
- Ensure high -quality and accurate annotations in accordance with project guidelines.
- Validate and review annotated datasets to maintain consistency and quality.
- Support dataset preparation for YOLO -based object detection and Computer Vision models.
- Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to understand project goals and annotation guidelines.
- Use annotation tools to perform labeling tasks efficiently.
- Maintain annotation quality by following SOPs and quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights into the annotation process.
- Maintain proper documentation related to annotation activities and project progress.
- Continuously learn new AI tools, annotation techniques, and best practices.
Requirements
Must -Have Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Machine Learning Annotation, Data Annotation, Computer Vision, or AI -related projects. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning annotation concepts.
- Familiarity with annotation tools and methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Computer Vision, Object Detection, and YOLO concepts.
- Good analytical and problem -solving skills & teamwork skills.
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to producing high -quality work.
Preferred
- Basic programming skills in Python, C++.
- Basic knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with annotation tools such as CVAT, Labellmg, Label Studio, Roboflow, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision projects.
- Understanding of image processing, data validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, AI workflows, and support tools.
