We are looking for a Program Manager to drive large -scale, cross -functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Salesforce, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex SaaS programs, tight delivery timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a high -growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end -to -end program delivery across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Salesforce, DevOps).
- Manage large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and milestones.
- Create and maintain program plans, RAID logs, timelines, and execution dashboards.
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and proactively unblock teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers to align roadmap priorities with execution.
- Drive release planning, sprint coordination, and go -to -market readiness.
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Secure / Scrum best practices.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Support process improvements to enhance predictability, velocity, and quality.
- Partner with Salesforce, integration, and platform teams for enterprise -grade releases.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Program / Technical Program / Delivery Management
- Strong experience managing SaaS or cloud -based products
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
- Experience working with:
- Product Management
- Engineering & QA teams
- Salesforce / CRM platforms
- API & integration -heavy systems
- Strong skills in:
- Stakeholder management
- Risk & dependency management
- Execution and delivery governance
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
