About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and streamline operational processes for our consumer durable products. The role requires strong coordination with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
â Coordinate with cross -functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations.
â Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets.
â Monitor day -to -day operational activities and resolve process -related issues.
â Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability.
â Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review.
â Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
â Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks.
Requirements
â Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations
â Robust coordination and communication skills.
â Hands -on experience in sales support and backend operations.
â Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools preferred.
â Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
