In this leadership role, you'll drive creative vision, manage design projects with precision, and set the quality standards for all visual deliverables. particularly in the fashion and retail industriesEducation:Graduate or Post-Graduate degreeExperience:5–7 years of graphic design experience in print with a robust branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print designLanguage :English (fluent)Essential Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography, and color usageProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and responsive behaviour in everyday interactionsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a strong ability to follow directions and ensure accuracy in executionNice-to-Have SkillsExperience in fashion retail design or similar industriesWorking ConditionsLocation: Pune or Bengaluru (as per company preference)Type: Full-Time PositionShift: General EST 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
