Job Overview

We are looking for a

Design Engineer

to join our expanding engineering team at Driplex. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical design, product development, and hands-on engineering work. You will work on new product designs, improvements to existing products, and support production through accurate and reliable drawings.

Proficiency in

Solid Edge , strong attention to detail, and good English communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities





• Work with the Design team to develop and improve new and existing products.• Create detailed

2D drawings, 3D models, and design documentation

using Solid Edge.• Analyze prototype data and conduct retesting when required.• Coordinate with vendors and support

vendor development

for design components.• Utilize

STERP

for design workflows (if known; added advantage).• Conduct research to support new product ideas, concepts, and engineering improvements.• Ensure all designs comply with engineering, safety, and quality standards.• Maintain accurate records of all drawings, design revisions, and updates.• Provide creative and practical design solutions to complex mechanical problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Engineer or in a similar mechanical design role.•

2–5 years of experience

working with Solid Edge (mandatory).• Knowledge of

Ansys

or basic FEA is an advantage.• Strong oral and written English communication skills.• Meticulous attention to detail and strong mechanical understanding.• Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related field.
