Accounts Payable Executive

to manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and payment-related documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreation of PO, Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.Manage accounts payable entries and vendor reconciliations.Coordinate and support

vendor onboarding ,



including documentation and system registration.Coordinate with vendors for invoice and payment-related queries.Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate records.Support month-end closing and finance-related activities.Ensure timely and accurate accounting of transactions.

Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in commerce/finance;

MBA Finance or CMA Inter

preferred.1–3 years of experience in

Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounting .Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.Solid attention to detail and reconciliation skills.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
