Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside-Sales Executive (0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply) to support our sales team in acquiring and retaining clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and creating proposals that showcase Qikberry's CPaaS solutions, including SMS, WhatsApp, and voice services.
Key Responsibilities:Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable CPaaS solutionsPrepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clientsCoordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and support the sales pipelineConduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioningCollaborate with the product and technical teams to address client queriesAssist in creating pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateralMaintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field0-1 year of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to applyStrong presentation and communication skillsGood understanding of SMS, WhatsApp, or voice-based communication solutions preferredAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
